Situation: A SW flow covers the South Island as an anticyclone
moves eastwards over the Tasman Sea.

Forecast: Scattered showers along the ranges, along eastern
coastal districts and in the south of the contest area, becoming
isolated by evening.  Isolated showers elsewhere clearing by late
afternoon.  Wind decreasing only slowly.
